Their new direction works so well. Poison seeds does not fuck around and straight up hits you with a brick of sludgey tones and follows up with songs like VI and L’appel du Vide that bring up some dreamy atmosphere, it feels so surreal how it eases you in slowly, and then all it once. A perfect set up for Passionate Fool, which leads back into some really heavy vocal attacks and sludgey tones, and turns the dreamy tones into more of a nightmares soundtrack. Fitting for a band called Mother Moon.
